my inclusive and integrative Psychotherapy clinic, where I specialize in a variety of areas including Anxiety, Relationships, Couples Counselling, Chronic Stress Management, Trauma, infertility, Surrogacy planning, Involuntary Childlessness, and Immigration and war-related challenges.
I offer in-person dog-assisted psychotherapy at Beetle and Bear clinic located at 1822 Danforth Avenue in Toronto. I also offer on-line individual, couples, and family counseling.
In our therapeutic journey together, you will find a safe and non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely. We will work collaboratively to develop strategies tailored specifically to your unique situation and inner resources. My approach integrates talk therapy with gentle bodywork (somatic therapy) and nervous system regulation, addressing both the mental and physical aspects of emotions and stress.
On a personal note, I enjoy staying active with family and friends. I love spending time in nature, walking my dog, and maintaining a happy and healthy lifestyle.

Using neuroscience in therapy practice
**UNLEASHING THE POWER OF NEUROSCIENCE TO TACKLE ANXIETY AND CHRONIC STRESS!**
Many individuals are often unaware that they are living in a relentless state of stress, which can seriously impact their health and mental clarity. Did you know that anxiety is a response from our nervous system to stress? Chronic stress keeps us stuck in fight-or-flight mode, instead of allowing us to relax and recharge. By integrating neuroscience into therapy, clients can discover exciting techniques that soothe their amygdala and boost the use of their frontal cortex, leading to a powerful reduction in stress and anxiety! With simple methods like body-based grounding, deep breathing, visualization, and cognitive-behavioral strategies, clients gain the tools to take charge of their emotions and enhance their mental well-being. This body and mind-centered approach empowers individuals to reclaim their mental health and conquer the challenges of anxiety and chronic stress!
